I am aware of the life Sun rises; moon rises Wind blows; Rain falls Natural things happen naturally Matter and energy exist happily I am not the doer I am not the enjoyer I am not the doctor I am not the actor Dis ease occurs Dis ease departs Action happens Result ensues This body; this mind; this sense This is not I  I is not this  Body and mind live I am aware of the life This is self knowledge, here and now
