I witness the flow of words I am not born I am not this body, mind or ego I am not this or that I am not this and that I am neither this nor that I am the witnessing awareness I witness, your wishes I witness, these wishes come from memory I witness, memory dates back in time I am not the memory I am the witnessing awareness I witness, time and space I witness, past and future I witness, the present moment, now I witness, the body, mind and ego I witness, body is an idea in the mind I witness, body is aging I witness, mind is a movement in consciousness I witness, mind still feels young I witness, ego is a fleeting thought in mind I witness, ego thinks it is wise I witness, happiness hearing your wishes I witness, satisfaction with people around I witness, the sense of security I witness, mouth uttering “Thank you “ Whatever begins has an ending That begins and ends is unreal Unreal is momentary, not continuous Reality is the absolute awareness

Advaita in Audi Q5  I sit in a corner with straight back as I close the eyes gently,  there happens the magic sense of insecurity vanishes I watch the breath inhale and exhale I watch the gap in between the breaths Mind moves from driver seat to back I start to drive Audi Q5 of four circles I drive the body mind circle I drive the ego, the intellectual hurdle I drive the past memories that curdle I drive the anxiety of future that encircles Mind is historic in time I am timeless being  Mind is limited to this body I am connected to the whole Mind swings back and forth I am an eternal endless flow Desire is expelled with exhalation Fear is expelled with the next Evolves a desireless, fearless being Transcending me and mine circle One big circle that encompasses all One without a second at all I am the driver, I am the vehicle I am the passenger, I am the road I am the journey, I am the destination It is an endless journey in a pathless land 

 I hiked up the Watkins Glen,  about 800 steps to heaven Waterfalls down the frowning cliff, teaching some secrets of life Fall through the heights roaring, Flow along the plains smiling Fill the craters without complaining Go with the flow without stopping Wake up from the long dream some call it as waking state watch the life movie unfolding as a witnessing awareness Awareness absolute pervades all It reflects as consciousness in all Mind is a movement in consciousness Body is an idea in the mind I am not in the world; world is in me Reject the known and unknown Rise above time and space smiling Being is the knowing Let there be action without an actor Let there be results without an enjoyer Bright orange sun waves goodbye But sure will return tomorrow glowing
