That resides everywhere is Atmā
That one and undivided is Atmā
That everything and You is Atmā
Why is there repetition about Atmā ?
Relaxed mind goes off to sleep
Confused mind has doubts in heap
Repetition brings clarity with no trance
Repetition removes all traces of ignorance
'To exist' is constant and that begins everything
'To do', 'To enjoy' revolve around this thing
The process of living has sixfold changes
The process of dying has fourfold stages
First that goes is speech and expression
Next that goes is mind and obsession
Then the Prana exit the body without a sound
Lastly the fire cools down without being bound
People gather around the loved one’s body
People do seva while they depart this body
People continue projections about death
People continue inspection until last breath
'Maranakramā' is what Jivā undergoes
Satsampatikramā is what Jnāni undergoes
Jivā returns back to the world to fulfill karmā
Jnāni has one way ticket and never returns
Self-evident Atmā is to be known
Self-evident Atmā is to be understood
Self-evident Atmā is Sat chit Ananda
Self-evident Atmā is That and You
