Freedom from I- Identification (Anahaṅkāraḥ)
Individuality is denoted as ahaṅkāra
Freedom from that is anhaṅkāra
Free from that I- Identification
Relative absence of that fixation
Sheer ignorance brings out the ego
Objectivity allows the ego to go
Ego comes out with aggrandizement
Claiming name on all accomplishments
Ignorance is the capital with which 'I' ego begins
'I' maintain the capital throughout the life
Knowledge is discovered by removing ignorance
Just like how darkness is chased away by light
Parents, teachers, neighbors, schools
Friends, relatives, acquaintances, circumstances
Everything contributes to the outcome
Yet ego claims as the author of the result
Graced by free will, I choose my actions
Result is a probability among the possibilities
Past, present, known and unknown circumstances
Operate in concert for the given consequence
Humility is the simple understanding
Of the world including myself as it is
I am neither be proud nor will I self condemn
Self condemnation is an impurity of the mind
World is a field of opportunities
Body and mind is the vehicle used in this field
The goal is to shed ignorance in this birth
To discover truth without pride in this earth
This is the attitude of anhaṅkāra
Drive the chariot with this attitude
Use the opportunities for learning
Discover knowledge with yearning
