Known, Knower & Means of Knowledge

It was a summer morning

Sun is bright and shining

White wall soaking in light

But no one was in sight

Suddenly appears an orb of mirror

Swirling and dancing comes closer

Gets the name as an 'object'

Sun and the wall don't object

Another mirror comes for fun

Borrows the light from the sun

This orb sees that orb glow

And claims the identity as ' I know'

Third mirror opens as 'eyes'

Hey it is me!

The means of knowledge

You better acknowledge!

Multiple orbs of mirror glow

Multiple thoughts come and go

'As though' they lit up the wall

But the wall is already lit up

Wall is lit up by the sun

Bhuddhi is lit by the Brahman

Formless Brahman 'as though' morphs

Again and again into multiple thoughts

Momentarily the seer,

Then the hearer,

Then the thinker,

Then the knower!

Ahaṇkara renews subscription

And claims all certifications

Truth is always what is!

That 'is' remains as I!
