Atmānanda- Laharī

आत्मनिवेदनम्  साक्षात् सर्वभूतात्मने सच्चिदानन्दस्वरूपाय । स्वात्मानन्दलक्षणाय । तत्त्वविद्यानन्दाय । ज्ञातृज्ञानज्ञेयलयाय । अनन्तानन्दकृष्णाय । दयानन्दलहरी प्रवहते । तस्मिन् सागरे विलयामि । आत्मनिवेदनम् ॥ T o the One who is truly the Self of all beings, whose very nature is Existence, Consciousness, and Bliss; whose defining nature is the Bliss of one's own Self; to the Bliss that is revealed through the knowledge of Truth; to the one in whom the knower, knowledge, and known dissolve into Oneness; to the Infinite, Blissful, Attractive Self, That flows as the waves of compassion—Dayānanda-laharī.   I am all pervasive The science of karma sets in motion a cycle of action and reaction, like an oscillation driven by a restoring force. Like a pendulum, the mind swings back and forth, driven by desire and aversion, with ignorance as the cause of samsara. Seeking to make the equation between disadvantage and advantage more favorable. Ignorance creates action, action seeks its reward, and the pendulum swings again. The art of karma has to be understood. Karma has to be transformed into Karma Yoga. The body is a thought located in space. The mind is a thought located in time. But I am beyond space. I am beyond time. Wherever I am, I am here . Whenever I am, it is now . Here and now, I am the awareful being, beyond space and time. I have no specific location. I am expansive. I am all-pervasive.

  Be Free from Vikalpa Vikalpa. Vividha kalpanā Viparīta kalpanā : Like a mathematical equation beginning with an imaginary X, Day begins with an imaginary I I am this. I need that. This is mine. I have done this. I have done that. Walls built with beliefs and conditioning When the mind says, “You need it,” pause. Take the cue, You don't need it!  Watch the desire. Watch the projection. Let it dissolve. Beware of viparīta kalpanā : mistaking the imagined for the real. Yoga: I must acquire. Kṣema: I must protect. Have the courage to go beyond both. Sweep the inner room with a broom. Remove the dust of desires and fears Stay simple in thoughts; clothing and possessions No noodle thinking. No inner conflict. And when the world claps, you need not clap back. Clapping needs two hands. Withdraw one. Be alert. Be aware. The projections create the small self. Remove the projections. What remains? Not an imagined X. Not a distorted I  It is simply I am It is the window to the trut...

  Jīva Dvaita, Inc. → Brahman Unlimited At the heart of Silicon Valley, a startup called Jīva Dvaita was launched. Its angel investors were many: Chaitanya, Mind, and Chidābhāsa appeared to be its founding team. Fueled by the wildest imagination, ideas flowed endlessly. Innovation shaped the startup. The company worked 24/7, 365 days a year. With family, friends, and countless relationships joining the venture, the company flourished. There were products, projects, profits and losses, successes and failures... And, of course, plenty of fun(d)-raising activities! Limited + Limited became a Great LLC. The Jīva believed: “I am the doer. I am the enjoyer. This company is mine.” Then came the Dharmic Marketing Team. Dharma began to clean up the company's operations. Slowly, the Aśāstrīya Dvaita began to dissolve. A new governance structure was established. Śāstra entered through the Guru. With regular retreats, the startup understood Īśvara. The BIG Īśvara Dvaita acquired Jīva Dvai...

Mother Lode Mother Lode shining brightly beyond space and time. A baby cries incessantly: “Let me out. Let me out.” Compassionate Mother releases the jīva. I custom-order my cap and gown. I custom-order my salad, with no dressing. I build a stone wall within the heart. I separate myself from the Mother. I create my own imaginary world. I forget the original building blocks: Sat-Chit-Ānanda. I receive a subtle body of seventeen things. I become the body, the mind, the résumé, the house, the car, the job, the achievement. I go deep into academentia. I forget I am Free, Timeless, Eternal. Instead, I constantly explore for more FTE. I project. I identify with the reflection. I identify with the reflecting medium. I mix things up. I create confusion. I add color to the painting. I add complaints. I superimpose limitations upon the limitless. Then comes the dawn of knowledge. I retract the projection. I drop the identification. I let go of the desires. And suddenly, I don't see the silly...
