I spy I with the eye

I spy with the right eye as Iṣvara

I spy with the left eye as Iṣvari

Indrā occupies the right eye

Indrāni occupies the left eye

The lord of senses is Indrā

The intelligence behind is Indrāni

They meet together at the brow

And bless the world as Wow!

The pupil, The iris, The retina

The nerve, The disc, The cornea

That together removes the blindspot

The vision that lightens entire plot

The resting home is the heart

Where they sleep every night

Mind withdraws in the cottage

To rest from the tangled bondage

Satyam indicates Brahman

'Inda' indicates Indrā

Remove the 'ra' the duality

This 'becomes' that

Dakṣinamūrti is Aṣtamūrti

He includes you and me

Leap from being Artharthi to Jijñasu

Deep within happens the Knowledge
