Janma-mrtyu-jarā-vyādhi-dukha-doṣanudarśanam

Knowing the limitations of life

Is the greatest blessing of life

Seeing the inseparable mirror-twin

Birth and death together built in

Part by part activity slows to dim

Old age and disease spare no one

Sorrow sometimes begins before birth

And continues as a life long companion

Sorrow arise from three sources

One being within, another from surroundings

Third one is from super natural power

Together they attack the tower

You cannot fritter them away

You understand they are here to stay

Time is the biggest gift given

Use it wisely to know the ultimate

If you master time, You are a swami!

You can drive your ship away from tsunami

You reach your goal despite the odds

You are free to be one with the Gods

Tiger’s Nest Monastery Hike — An Adventurous Awakening Journey Within Paro Taktsang , famously known as the Tiger’s Nest Monastery , is one of Bhutan’s most sacred and breathtaking places — perched on a cliffside at an altitude of around 3,100 meters (10,200 feet) in Paro, Bhutan.
